1. Services we provide
We operate an online spiritual marketplace that may include astrology consultations, kundli generation, kundli matching, daily horoscopes, panchang, numerology, tarot readings, vastu evaluations, live astro guidance, and the sale of spiritual products. The exact set of features available to you may change from time to time at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
3. Account & security
- Accounts are created via mobile-number OTP verification.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- Do not share your OTP, access tokens, or login session with any third party.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please notify us through the official channels published on the platform.
4. Payments & billing
- Payments are made per transaction through RBI-authorised payment gateways at the time of purchase. We do not operate a prepaid wallet or stored balance, and your card or banking details are not stored by us.
- Live consultations are paid per session at the rate displayed on the astrologer’s profile before the session begins. You pay securely for each consultation; there is no recharge or prepaid balance.
- Physical and digital products are paid for individually at checkout.
- All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Astrologer interactions & nature of advice
Astrologers and other practitioners listed on the platform are independent professionals. The guidance, predictions, remedies, and interpretations they offer (whether through chat, voice, video, or written readings) are intended for personal reflection and entertainment only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for any such matter.
6. Products
Where the platform allows the purchase of physical or digital products, the listed price, availability, delivery timeline, and applicable charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory; in such cases any amount already collected will be refunded.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eligible refunds are credited back to the original payment source. To raise a refund or cancellation request, please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction with the relevant order or session details.
8. Acceptable use
- You will not solicit astrologers or service providers off the platform.
- You will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- You will not abuse, harass, threaten, or defame any user or astrologer.
- You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including the BinaryWids name and logo, software, generated charts, written interpretations, illustrations, and copy, is the property of BinaryWids Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any predictions, readings, or recommendations will produce a particular outcome. Reliance on any information provided through the platform is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of BinaryWids Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy
We collect and process personal information, including your mobile number, name, and (where you choose to provide them) birth details and consultation transcripts, solely for the purpose of providing the services described above. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Detailed contact channels for privacy-related requests will be published on the platform.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

16. Grievance redressal & escalation
We aim to resolve every complaint quickly and fairly. For any issue — including payment, refund, order, or service grievances — you can use the following escalation path:
- Level 1 — Customer Support: email reach@binarywids.store or call +91 8553294583 (Mon–Sat · 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
- Level 2 — Grievance Officer: if unresolved at Level 1, escalate to Dileep Kumar B, Managing Director & Grievance Officer, at the address and email above.
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days, in line with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on customer grievance redressal. Payment-related disputes may additionally be raised with the RBI-authorised payment aggregator/gateway that processed the transaction, through the grievance channel published on its website.
These Terms are a contract between you and BinaryWids Private Limited.
